Project Title: "Master Leading to PhD for the Students of Balochistan – An Initiative of Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan Package"

This prestigious project, funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, was aimed at empowering students from Balochistan by providing them with advanced education and research opportunities. As a recipient of this initiative, I successfully completed my PhD from one of the reputed universities in Pakistan, specializing in the synthesis of heterocyclic scaffolds and their enzyme inhibition studies.

Throughout this project, I conducted extensive research in medicinal chemistry, focusing on the design and development of novel bioactive Five membered Heterocyclic Scaffolds with potential therapeutic applications. My work contributed to the advancement of organic synthesis and drug discovery, aligning with global scientific challenges in metabolic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and enzyme inhibition studies.

The successful completion of this HEC-funded project not only enriched my academic and professional expertise but also reinforced my commitment to scientific research, innovation, and the development of higher education in Pakistan. This initiative played a crucial role in shaping my research career, enabling me to publish 82 research articles with a cumulative impact factor of 270+ and achieve an H-index of 16.

This project stands as a testament to the importance of investing in education and research, particularly for underrepresented regions, to nurture future scientific leaders and contribute to Pakistan’s academic and technological progress.
